This means that a written plan is essential, it gives you a chance to develop goals for your business, and outline the steps and financial resources necessary to achieve those goals.. How are you going to reach your goals if you don’t know what they are and what steps you need to take to get there? Your online business plan can change, but you need to have some sort of plan to keep you on track and moving toward your goals.

This means that you should take each of the three plans you created and break them down into what you would like to achieve each day, each month, and every three months. That means break these plans into a 90 day plan, a 4 week plan and a daily plan, this will help to make you more organized and make it easier to run your online business and turn it into a success.

You want some order for everyday, using your three plans should help you to add some order into your days so distractions don’t get you too far off track. From your plans it is best to keep a daily to do list that you write each night before bed, this will help you to know where your business is going. As well as a to do list you need to keep a daily did sheet and record everything you did that day with a time-line of how long it took you to do it, whether it’s 5 minutes, half an hour, an hour or more. This will help you to keep track of what you did during the day and how long you did it for. This will make it easier to figure out where you might be wasting time so that you can make changes to become more productive. It is better not to multitask.

Make sure that you keep changing your plan to meet your needs, and planning the next day the day before. Prioritize so that you plan to do the most urgent items on your to do list first.
